I'm beyond excited for the awesome opportunity to share with you my personal passion for Afro-Caribbean food along with some of my favourite recipes in my new show produced by RogersTV Ottawa - In the Kitchen with Resa.  I hope that you will see how you can spice it up in the kitchen!

 In this show I recreate some of my favourite recipes and style of cooking - Afro-Caribbean flavours and inspiration, incorporating local produce and foods.
